2009 Summer Program

Get a head start on Halloween (or not). Choose a character and make a pattern. Interpret it your way and personalize it to fit yourself. Build accessories to enhance the character’s persona (build with wood, paper, metal?). Fabric etc provided by you. New sewing machines and all else we provide. Use your imagination and our help and expertise to expand your character.

July 2009 – With Martha Burns directing, 7 young first time sewers transformed themselves and their personally designed dresses into a Ninja, Miss America, a 70's waitress and Coraline to name just a few. (photo at left)
