Leonardo was born just as Guttenberg was perfecting his moveable type. Paper was becoming less precious. Printing was changing the world. Experiment with a press that has changed little since Leonardo's time. Follow his instructions for engraving. Experiment with tools, papers, inks and techniques Leonardo would have envied.

Build up layers of texture to create a collograph. Create your own stamp to sign your prints, along with a folio to keep all of your prints safe. This may be your one opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of analog printing.
