During the last decade ceramics have had a boom.
Once an underdog to the artistic scene, clay art has suddenly invaded communal spaces, galleries and even museums. Every city has a local potter, or school – and articles about ceramics are no longer limited to ceramics magazines.
During this week you will discover just how cool clay is. You will understand how clay works, and learn many different techniques. We will also introduce you to some modern artists that will help inspire the potter within you.
Micropottery's small projects dry overnight and be fired the next day to compress the full experience of ceramics into a week.
