Clay speaks every language. Every culture has found distinct ways to shape, color, decorate and harden this moist natural treasure. Clay objects endure. They give ancient civilizations a voice.

Sample techniques and traditions from Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. Pinch, coil, roll, press, extrude, and sculpt clay to make pots, jewelry, and tiles that will educate your fingers and your mind to a world of differences.

Construct a carrier to display and explain your ceramic adventures.

Micropottery’s small projects dry overnight to compress the full experience of a ceramics into a week.
