Flowers catch our attention and make us smile. No wonder we make flowers part of festivals, celebrations and friendships. Flowers help us express things for which words can be hard to find.

Learn traditions for giving flowers. Make gifts for your friends and family. Press flowers. Print them. Trace them with tissue. Embed them in the wax of a candle. Make sea flower sun prints after the remarkable Anna Atkins (1799-1871). Weave a flower bracelet. Embed edible blooms in crystal clear lollipops.

The format of the day: We will demonstrate each of the techniques in the first part of the day. You can choose the workshop you want to spend a little or a lot of time in.
