Classes for Adults:

Spring is finally here and with it come the trappings of Easter: chocolate bunnies, marshmallow chicks and gooey cream filled eggs. Master the craft of Easter candy.

Conquer commercial favorites like the crème egg – take home your own giant egg mold and chocolate egg to match. Cast a warren of chocolate rabbits and a brood of marshmallow chicks. Make a flowery honey caramel and fill your Easter basket with homemade versions of classic favorites (without all those hard to pronounce ingredients).

Instructor Annalise Phillips brings an exotic flair to making delicacies – and makes it quite manageable.

Instructor: Annalise Phillips
Fee: $55 (members $50) includes large egg mold
